Our Delivery Service

We aim to complete online orders within 3 to 5 business days, however, the customer accepts that this is reliant on stock availability and may take up to 10 to 14 days (or more) if our supplier does not have the stock. We use a fast courier service to deliver to the UK Mainland, where we aim for next day delivery where ever possible. We endeavour to keep the customer informed of any stock availability issues, or any other issue arising that may affect the speed of your order.

Our delivery prices are based on the total weight of your order and will be calcuated at the checkout.

In some instances - particularly with multiple products purchased – our courier may charge us for ‘freight’ which may mean we will need to contact you to discuss further charges and to take a card payment. If you are looking to place a large order with numerous products, you may wish to call us first for a quotation and to see if we can fulfil the request. If for any reason, we are unable to fulfil the order as it is and/or you do not want to pay for any extra courier costs incurred after the order is placed, we will endeavour to cancel and refund any monies sent to us within 30 business working days of the original order placed with us.

We offer a free collection service from our Portsmouth based warehouse in Hampshire.

With specialist items, such as chemical products, it is best to contact us to ensure that delivery is possible, either using our website contact form, or by calling our office between Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm on 02392630276.

With our white goods products such as fridge freezers and washing machines, our delivery is charged on a flat rate without installation, only within the Hampshire and West Sussex county areas. Any order from outside this area must be specially arranged by contacting us first. This also applies if any installation, removal or site survey is required. Please note that some white good appliances may take longer than 3 to 5 business days to be completed, but we will always endeavour to keep our customers updated with a delivery date as soon as we can.

Should we be unable to complete an order within 30 days of the order being placed and/or if we cannot fulfil an order due to the stock being no longer available to us, we will contact you to arrange a refund at our earliest opportunity. In some instances we may be able to supply equivalent or alternative products, at your agreement.

Training & Demonstrations

For our local customers, generally in the Hampshire and Portsmouth area, we aim to offer a personal delivery service on all new cleaning machinery  purchased from us - subject to the product being purchased and what area we are delivering to.

We aim to offer FREE training on cleaning equipment purchased from us but if you require this please contact us when ordering your equipment so we can discuss this further with you to ensure that this can be arranged.

If you are not sure what machine you need for your environment you are cleaning or would like to make sure you are happy with the product you are looking at, please contact us to see if we can attend your site and carry out a demonstration first.
